Tasks

  • Classic support tasks (hardware & software) for around 50+ internal customers on site
  • Participation in the development of new departmental applications
  • User Support for specific business applications
  • Development and realisation of user trainings
  • Purchase of various IT product groups
  • Member for various projects (e.g. security)
Requirements

  • Computer trainings or IT studies
  • Approx. 3 to 10 years of professional experience as an IT generalist / supporter
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft environment (Office 365, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of cloud topics (e.g. Azure, AWS)
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
  • High degree of customer understanding including problem-solving action
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
