About You

We are looking for a skilled and entrepreneurial Industrial IT Site Lead who will shape our digital future.

Your main responsibility will be the responsibility for all IT service in the industrial site. Interact with the production site, understand the SLAs and be the SPOC for all IT demands

Your responsibilities will be :

• Manage the Production Site and be the local SPOC for IT related activities for the Secure Production & Lab Network and work closely with the TechOps Team
• Interacting with the local business functions, understanding the SLAs and acting as the single point of contact for all IT demands.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the IT operations in the region, including end user support, regional IT systems and services, communications and connectivity
• Ensure that all requests are handled according to agreed SLAs
• Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems
• Manage the local IT Support team
• Lifecycle Management of existing hardware, systems and applications
• Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
• Developing and implementing new IT procedures and reviewing and enhancing existing procedures
  
  

For this challenge, we are searching for a dynamic, rigorous and social person bringing the following profile:

• University degree in computer science or business information technology
• Minimum 10 years experience & proven hands-on track record managing IT Support Teams and Physical Site Infrastructure (Network, Data Center & Infrastructure Services)
• Solid technical understanding of IT landscapes
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology projects and system implementations effectively
• Experience working with Microsoft Products
• Understanding of technical support processes
• Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration, and troubleshooting
• Fluent in English and french in written and spoken conversation

Responsible and methodical, you enjoy taking initiatives and working autonomously. You are creative but pay high attention to details. You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact with all kind of stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
