For our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project at the Kreuzlingen (Switzerland) site, our site in Portugal or remote from the home office, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Digitalization is changing the way we are successful and work together as HOLY FASHION GROUP today and in the future.

For us, the enterprise resource planning platform SAP S/4 HANA is the basis for intelligent processes and innovation on the way to becoming a data-driven/platform-based fashion company. We would like to start and shape this transformation process together with you.

SAP Retail is your passion. As part of our SAP Competence Center you will accompany us, in our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project, as a Business Partner for our D2C area.

Your tasks:
  • analysis, digitalization and, if necessary, restructuring of existing retail processes
  • adaptation of existing processes into the future SAP S/4 HANA application
  • coordination, conception and implementation of functional requirements
  • planning and execution of key user trainings, support and preparation of user trainings
  • setup and execution of IT relevant software tests, including their documentation

Until the final replacement of our productive SAP AFS system, you will ensure software functionality in day-to-day business and troubleshoot operational issues. Required experience and skills:
  • a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science/business informatics or business administration
  • at least 3 years of professional experience as an Inhouse Consultant SAP Retail or corresponding experience as a Business Partner for the D2C area.
  • profound SAP Retail knowledge, ideally in the S/4 HANA environment
  • good command of English
  • structured and goal-oriented work as well as ability to work under pressure and own initiative
  • strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
  • ability to present complex issues in a simple way
