Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

  • Translate market trends, customer requirements, and user needs into product and service offerings
  • Contribute to identifying future growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems
  • Structure and secure innovation partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and technology partners
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess the financial impact of proposed initiatives and strategies
  • Establish and formalize partnerships with innovation and technology partners to implement new products and service offerings
  • Participate in relevant trade fairs, and network with customers and partners throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain

Your profile

  • Higher education in Business, Strategy, Engineering or Natural sciences
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (ideally within a strategy consultancy or internal strategy/Innovation team)
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and creative approach to problem solving
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on multiple and competing projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across both technical and commercial disciplines
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
