For our client, a multinational company based in Lausanne, we are looking for an Insurance and Tax Coordinator.

Insurance
  • Management of the portfolio of insurances including 6 worldwide programs
  • Manage and administrate inquiries from countries, insurance companies and brokers
  • Monitor and ensure each country has adequate insurance cover as per Group policy
  • Follow-up claims and negotiate indemnities
  • Support negotiation of premium rates with insurance companies
  • Support negotiation of remuneration rates of brokers
  • Ensure an adequate and optimized insurance coverage for the Group
  • Update insurance policies
  • Establishment of the quarterly reports including the analysis of performances, loss ratios and results of different programs as well as the explanation of the pending demands and analysis.
Tax
  • Preparation of internal tax reports and tax packs
  • Prepare annual Country by Country Report
  • Upkeep and manage international tax and transfer pricing document data bases and defense files
  • University degree in business, finance, or related field
  • First experience in insurance or taxes
  • Excel and MS Office skills
  • Curious, adaptable people with a ’can do’ attitude
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Someone who is flexible in performing variety of tasks independently
  • Detail oriented with excellent precision and organizing skills
