For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:Insurance | Legal Counsel | Nyon | 6 months | 80-100% | Oct. 2023 | CHF 130’000+TasksResponsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to the private life insurance team
  • Draft, negotiate and review different types of contracts
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective services
  • Play a key role in the legal aspects of developing and structuring new products
  • Manage the interaction with FINMA, ensuring compliance and approval of products
RequirementsExperience:
  • Fluent in German and French
  • MLaw degree, bar exam is a plus
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • 3+ years of experience as Legal Counsel in the Financial Sector
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
