One of our clients who is globally known in the pharma sector is looking for an integration engineer OSI-PIto strengthen their ES group business system in their office located at Schaffhausen

The project will roll out in the scope of a large systems transformation and will focus on the integration of OSIsoft PI Historian in the site’s GMP reporting/documentation processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the Introduction, support, and optimization of the Level 3 systems, above all OSI PI (OSIsoft PI Historian), but also IPC+, TrakSys, and others
  • You will support for qualification and validation of business applications and for process data analysis (advanced analytics, tableau reports) along with creating or updating guidelines and work instructions and conducting training courses
  • You will be in charge of OSI-PI AF/EF modeling and reporting
  • Create or update guidelines and work instructions and conduct training courses and optimization and simplification business processes
  • You will develop the AIL (Automation Integration Layer) concept and system interface specifications
Your Assets
  • Technical or university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a technical or scientific profession or comparable
  • Professional experience is desirable but not a requirement, preferably experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (GxP) and associated master data management
  • Experience with visualisations; especially in OSI PI or Tableau and very good IT user skills (MS Office, MS Project, SAP/MES/OSI-PI)
  • Project management experience and experience with databases are a plus
  • Fluent German and very good knowledge of English are prerequisites
