An established provider of logistics and digital solutions for the culinary industry, located west of Zurich, is in need of a proficient Systems Integrations Specialist to be part of their EDI applications team.With over 70 years of experience, the company has accumulated a large customer base that spans diverse sectors, including hotels, hospitals and health care centers.The person would be accountable for helping execute an EDI project on-site and working with a small core team of IT professionals. It would allow for a diverse and broad range of duties to update the existing system.This would be a permanent role with a reputable company in the logistics and digitalization industry, providing opportunities for growth and development in a consistently in-demand field where technology is constantly used to simplify the daily work lives of professionals.Description

• Analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions
• Collaborating on the development of the future integration landscape
• Designing and improving EDI processes based on industry standards
• Creating mappings for various message formats (EDIFACT, XML, iDOC, CSV)
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance through second- and third-level support, as well as on-call support.

Requirements

• Education and training in computer science, business informatics or equivalent
• Integration experience, preferably with Lobster Data converter
• Experience in EDI project realization
• Ideally, experience in SAP ERP application or development environment
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Good analytical skills with methodical, conceptual thinking and high quality awareness
