HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will support the HR team in building data analytics dashboards on various HR topics which include talent, recruitment, cost of employees, etc. :
Analytics & Controlling
- Participate to the customization of SAC Dashboards with relevant statistics and key indicators
- Participate to the creation of Power BI Dashboards for monthly follow-up
- Participate to the development of the reporting on compensation and talent
- Support the HR team with the annual Talent & Compensation review process
- Participate to the implementation of data quality reporting check for monthly follow-up and internal process when required
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree (HES or equivalent)
- You are comfortable with data analytics tool and really enjoy it daily
- You are rigourous and analytical skills are part of your nature
- You speak French as a mother tongue or fluent and you are fluent in English
- As a Good listener, you are curious and brings a collaborative attitude
