Richemont Europe is looking for an Internal Communication Intern to join the team for a fixed term internship of 6 months. In this role, you will support actively the regional internal communication structure, creating and facilitating communication activities to connect with and engage our colleagues on the regional and in ‐ market objectives and strategy.The main tasks are the following:
  • Works closely with the Regional Internal Communication Manager to execute the day-to-day communication needs for Richemont Europe’s regional & HQ local scope;
  • Assists the Regional Internal Communication Manager in the successful implementation of the European Internal Communication strategy;
  • Owns a selection of communication requirements originating from the above requests such as; posting weekly local news on intranet, updating sections of the intranet, creating high level communication materials and content for our online channels (including Reach and Yammer, TV screens) and physical channels (weekly poster);
  • Works with Regional Internal Communication Manager to assist local in-market coordinators for the purposes of communication (i.e. how to use the CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and Yammer).
  • Assists in the production of analytics for the communication remit to ensure constant optimization of content type, frequency and distribution channel. Assesses audience preferences by running ad-hoc temperature checks and focus groups across the year in coordination with the Regional Internal Communication Manager.

  • Creates high quality, compelling company-wide communications for a variety of channels (including, but not limited to, the intranet and yammer and for audiences in boutiques and manufactures)
  • Translates complex business issues and deliver messages to internal audiences in an easy-to-comprehend and effective manner
  • Researches, writes, edits, proofreads, produces and distributes print, online and video communications
  • Ensure all communication materials meet company standards and explores new ways to support business units and engage employees
Your valuable skills to be successful:
  • Perfectly fluent in English, good command of French. Any other language a plus.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree (digital, communications, luxury management)
  • Highly digital savvy, passionate about communication and writing, creative spirit
  • Pro-activity, drive for change and people agility
  • Knowledge of creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Premiere strong plus).
  • Knowledge of photography and videography best practices
This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in February or latest March 2023. You must have an internship agreement provided by your school.
