We develop and produce connectors for power distribution, photovoltaics, aerospace, railroad, medical, automotive and test and measurement applications, among othrs. The company was founded in Basel in 1962 and is part of the Stäubli Group, a provider of leading mechatronic solutions.

The work location is at our headquarters in Allschwil.


Aufgaben

  • The Internal Sales Manager Renewable Energy main role is to lead, develop and support the sales organization in order to accomplish the Renewable Energy quantitative and Strategic
  • Contribute to the market plans definition by sharing sales strategies proposals, business and intervention plan to expand and strengthen our presence in the focused markets
  • In agreement with the Global head of Sales, implement business plans to give practical value to the markets strategies and ensure the achievement of the expected sales objectives
  • Manage and foster productive and professional relationships with specific key customer accounts
  • Development of the short and long-term business development and customer portfolio in line with the market strategies
  • Collaborates with the Global head of Sales to set local key accounts strategy and supervises their projects
  • Visits customers / key accounts and participate in trade exhibitions and strategic events
  • Coordinate activities with the local / regional sales team to ensure the successful introduction of New Product and implementation of Marketing Campaigns

Profil

  • Very strong commercial and leadership skills
  • Ability to closely collaborate and influence teams and individuals from diverse cultures and experiences
  • Higher education in sales, marketing or business administration
  • 7-10 years or relevant sales experience in an international B2B environment
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and best practices, and ability to coach and develop others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong leadership and team building skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency verbally, written and presentation skills in English and German, other languages an advantage
  • Good IT skills in MS Office, CRM and SAP
  • Independent, but a team player, structured and self-organized
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
