Powered by AI-driven technology and a human touch.TasksThe RoleDuring your Internship, you will get broad exposure and insight into topics that are of relevance to a fast-growing tech startup with main focus on the Go2Market. Some of the tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Support in building and nurturing our talent community from a strategic point of view
• Evaluate and assess new potential members of the talent community
• Assist in actively managing the talent community, supervise the churn rate and define / implement measures for increased talent engagement and retention
• Support the acquisition and onboarding process of new employers
• Manage different CRM systems, associated tasks and tools related to Go2Market activities
• Support in setting up, launch and analyse marketplace related marketing activities
• Testing of new user flows and act as interface to the Product Trio
  

RequirementsThe RequirementsWe’d rather look for speed than perfection. We fail and learn fast. We act as a team. Besides the ability to easily identify yourself with these approaches, you should bring in the following skillset:

• Higher education in the field business, marketing, economics or similar
• Hands-on mind and success driven mindset
• Outgoing, team oriented personality with a pragmatic way of thinking / working
• Analytical thinking, strong commercial judgment and a well-developed sense of responsibility
• Fluent in business English
