For our Abbott Diabetes Care Division we are looking for a:

Marketing Intern (6+ Months)

The internship offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, industry leading global medical device company and experience what it takes to conceptualize, develop and implement marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • provide general support for the marketing team
  • assist with the development of content for internal and external communication channels
  • support in the planning and execution of events and post event communications and analysis
  • participate in the creation of Marketing presentations as required
  • work closely with other internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, e-Commerce, Business Excellence) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies) as required
Requirements
  • You speak and write fluently German, other languages like English or French are a plus
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You will be able to commit 6 months of time or more
  • You must have a positive, proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, be self- motivated and result driven
  • recently graduated or currently pursuing a degree, ideally in Marketing
  • ability to work independently and creatively
  • flexibility with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organizational and communication skills together with intellectual curiosity and drive
  • interest in the trends of the future, especially in the medical device environment and diabetology
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc
