Internship

to support our philanthropic activities

In this newly created position you will support the Freedom in Practice Team in various tasks linked to the implementation of our vision – to empower people to live life on their own terms. This includes among other the organization of several online and in-person events with RTF’s international group of grantees and other stakeholders, the implementation of a new grant management IT system, and communication around RTF’s philanthropic activities.

The team expects your support in particular on the following tasks:

- Execution of online events

- Execution of an in-person grantee summit

- Data management for a new grantee management and contact management system

- Diverse communication activities (website content etc.)

- The role is based in Schaffhausen.

From the ideal candidate, we require:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics,

Political Sciences or Business Administration, but

we will consider exceptional other candidates

- A keen interest in philanthropy and development work

- A passion for classical liberal theory

- Fluent command of English, German desired

- Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
