We are looking for a new role as Corporate Experience Lead (m/f/d) to strengthen our Enterprise Transformation team:

Bring to life what’s next

  • Lead the Corporate Experience capability within the Enterprise Transformation capability unit
  • Be a renowned expired in shared service strategies, Procurement and/or Finance transformations
  • Leverage your Swiss client network, drive the end-to-end-business development process to sell and deliver Corporate Experience related projects
  • Build a team in the respective domains, develop your team members, so that they can support you to develop business and deliver projects

Your qualifications

  • Academic excellency: Outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business Administration, with focus on Corporate Finance, Procurement and/or Shared Services Strategy.
  • Industry knowledge: Several years of practical project experience (minimum 10 years) in the field of Procurement Transformation, Finance Transformation and/or Shared Services Strategies in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, Life Science; Practical experience and comprehensive knowledge in functional Transformations, -strategy, organization, and processes.
  • Consulting experience: Solid consulting skills and thorough knowledge of project management and/or change management, and experience managing teams or project groups.
  • Conceptual talent: Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Digital skills: Very good MS Office skills. Preferably knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance and Ariba as well as other market relevant Finance and Procurement products
  • Cultural fit: High reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in terms of location: You will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices and from home.
