For our Workforce & Organization team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Manager HR Strategy & Consulting located in our Geneva Office (m/f/d)

Bring to life what’s next

Prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on the organizational structure, the way of working and the culture.

  • Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of Digital Transformations.
  • Program and project management in national and international environments.
  • Efficient linking between business and strategy.
  • Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini strategy and approach.
  • Business development – utilizing a combination of the organization’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network.

Your qualifications

  • Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business Administration, Organization Studies, Change Management, or Sociology.
  • Industry knowledge: strong knowledge (4 to 7 years) of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation (strategy, organization, and processes) in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science
  • Consulting experience: strong consulting experience (4+ years) and strong project management and/or change management skills, as well as experience leading teams or project groups. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in terms of location: you will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and at home.
