Senior Marketing and Communication Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen the Capgemini Invent brand positioning and brand awareness in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Marketing and Communication Specialist (m/f/d) based in Zurich.

Bring to life what’s next

  • Support the team with the promotion of our brand, competencies, and values within the Swiss market across multiple industries.
  • Independently define, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to create brand awareness, organize client events, maintain our website, manage press releases and internal communication as well as various other marketing activities in alignment with the other business lines.
  • An existing network within Business and IT relevant medias is a strong plus.
  • Come up with new and innovative marketing and communication ideas that make a difference in the market.
  • Liaise and work closely with Marketing & Communications key stakeholders.
  • Establish, execute, and continuously adjust the yearly marketing plan, and plan track and manage the associated marketing budget.


Your qualifications

  • Academic excellency: Master’s degree, preferably in (digital) Marketing and /or Communication.
  • Marketing knowledge: strong track-record in digital marketing, proficient in digital campaigns performance (relevant KPIs, tracking and optimizing), social media platforms. Expertise in CMS, Google analytics and Graphic design.
  • Marketing and communication experience: 5+ years of overall experience in (digital) Marketing and Communication field. A strong network within the Swiss market is a plus.
  • Conceptual and creative talent: good balance of analytical, social and creative skills. Up to date with the latest development within the social and digital marketing environment.
  • Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Proficiency in French is a plus. Strong presentation, moderation, and written communication skills.
  • Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
  • Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit, hands-on, proactive, eager to learn and to further develop.
