Role Description

NCA is hiring an Investor Relations Manager. As a vital part of our Investor Relations team, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external investors. Your responsibilities include enhancing NCA’s investor communication strategy, conducting financial analysis, and nurturing relationships with investors and equity analysts. You will take ownership of analyses and external materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor events, and cross-functional projects centered around presenting NCA’s narrative. Additionally, you’ll support in managing investor and analyst relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to fundraising activities for NCA and its partners (network funds and house fund) in Switzerland
  • Support equity gap activities on a deal-by-deal basis
  • Lead and coordinate logistics associated with co-investors’ conferences, non-deal meetings and roadshows
  • Participate where applicable in events, represent NCA and its interests.
  • Contribute to overall investor communication (reports, networking, presentations, etc.)
  • Manage internal stakeholders’ relationships (NCA Entrepreneurs), ensure transparency and consistency across messages, coordinate internally where applicable
  • Work closely with legal and M&A team on deals, coordinating the investors portion in the most efficient and effective manner
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance across all investor interactions.

Day To Day

  • Maintain in a CRM a database of potential investors and keep up a timeline of potential investors.
  • Prepare presentations, pitch Deals, and have a capable of understanding of financial deals, operating businesses and can articulate this to investors.
  • Keep constant communication with Searchers network to find potenial new investors.
  • Monitor Investors Interest in different industrys and countries.
  • Support in the construction and completion of searchers captables.
  • Manage meet and greets for IR to build up a virtual Cap Table among investors.
  • Promote searchers profile and industry before the closing of their deal.

Must Have

  • English (C2 written, spoken) French and/or German (C1 written, spoken)
  • Extensive network within SFO community in Switzerland
  • Previous successful fundraising experience
  • Previous experience working remotely with a global first digital company

Nice to Have

  • Any other European languages
  • Previous experience with Altvia
  • Previous experience with Search Funds
