We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Architecture & Configuration Management Specialist to join our IT department. This critical role combines expertise in IT architecture, service configuration management, asset management and IT knowledge management. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our IT architecture while aligning it with our business goals and strategies.
    Develop and maintain comprehensive IT architectural frameworks that support our business objectives and align with industry best practices.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that optimize efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
    Define, implement and drive the configuration management process to ensure accurate documentation and control of IT services, configurations, and changes.
    Oversee the management of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and contracts, to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
    Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and policies.
    Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
    Establish and maintain the knowledge management approach for IT
    Manage discovery and provision of new information (non-standard business analysis, emerging technology, new regulation etc.)
    Put in place knowledge’s assets management process (incident records, applications source code, service level agreements, technical documentation etc.)

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    Proven experience in IT architecture, service configuration management, and IT asset management.
    Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL).
    Proficiency in designing and implementing IT solutions using industry-standard technologies.
    Solid understanding of configuration management tools and techniques.
    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
    Proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT.
