Are you a business analyst looking for a new opportunity in private banking?

Do you have previous experience of implementing front office CRM?

Do you know the main players in the market and have the capacity to select best of breed tools?

Then we have a role for you.

With significant experience in Wealth Management and Private Banking, you will have a solid technical background working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Your background will be that of Portfolio Management including the implementation of CRM or CLM tools.

As the CRM expert, you will assist in the selection of the CRM and CLM tools, the functionalities required and scope the potential cost of the solution.

Partnering with business and IT stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements to enable technology teams to adapt the new systems accordingly.

You will also be expected to be part of the testing team, obtain sign-off from senior stakeholders and champion project governance.

Fluency in English and French are expected.
