IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated, hands on IT Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer. You will be part of a dynamic team, and support them in the implementation of projects. If you are goal driven and are a great communicator, then this one could be for you!

Core responsibilities:

• Identify business needs and requirements, and transform them into long-term, cost-effective, and secure IT solutions
• You will be the contact person for project implementation and support effective communication between business and internal IT departments
• Using a systematic process, you will capture, examine, confirm, and document business needs and requirements. You will successfully translate those requirements into system requirements while taking feasibility and cost-effectiveness into consideration
• You will act as a liaison between clients, different departments, and solution suppliers, and you will direct the enhancement of current processes, plan the creation of certain technical concepts, prepare feasibility studies, and implement quality assurance methods.

Your Profile:

• Degree in computer science
• Completed further training as a business analyst
• Several years of working experience as a requirements engineer or business analyst
• You can combine social skills with a consistent customer orientation to discuss technical difficulties with suppliers or partners
• Strong French, German and English knowledge
• Independent, flexible, responsible, and motivated!
