For the Data and Analytics team we are looking for a business analyst dedicated to the implementation of "digital twin" solutions. This person will lead the intake with internal customers, define the requirements, build the business cases and support the implementation of specific products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement the design strategy for the digital twin platform’s features and capabilities
  • Provide clear direction to project team (UI designer, data modelers, business SME) to deliver on the design, including guiding the technical team on translating design into data models
  • Manages the intake backlog to generate charters, collecting business requirements, quantifying value proposition, and understanding technical feasibility
  • Translate concepts into user journeys, user requirements, and feasible design solutions
  • Provide UX strategy and insights to the Product Management team
  • Partner with key technology stakeholders to ensure adherence to Human Centric Design principles
  • Develop and convey consistent UI vision for the digital platform by establishing best practices
  • Analyze user behaviors on the platform to derive insights for the Product team and contribute to identification and prioritization of new features and system enhancements
  • Design and develop different interactive training materials for key user base
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of key documentation
  • Ensure the best level of quality and consistency
  • Work with peers and stakeholders to prioritize product backlog
  • Support the Data & Analytics team in the model build, making sure data is available and regular meetings with business are held to ensure progress.
  • Support the PMO lead in ensuring all projects adhere to the project timelines and budget, removing roadblocks where needed.
  • Proactively Lead the identification of new business use cases, highlighting opportunities for Digital Twin across the E2E supply chain.
Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Intelligence, Operations Research, User Experience, Technology, Computer Science or related fields.

Required
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in shaping and delivering key digital capabilities
  • Experience in the end-to-end digital product design process, from research and strategy to validation, and asset development
  • Experience in Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design (HCD)
  • Experience crafting storyboards, wireframes, site maps, prototypes, and mockups
  • Demonstrable experience prioritizing work
  • Expert in working with advanced data analytics and comfortable with main Data Science concepts and principles
  • Expert proficiency with collaboration, stakeholder management and requirements gathering
  • Proficient in Agile methodology and ways of working to realize fast go-to-market value through prototyping
  • Knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation modelling would be a distinct advantage. Skilled with modelling tools such as Simio, Schedule Pro, Extend Sim or similar.
  • Experience of working in a business environment across the E2E supply chain.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Science concepts and capability to understand how these can be applied in real business situations.
  • Be able to act as an interface between business and digital developers, translating the business ideas into value.
  • Good communication skills, capable of delivering complex solutions in a clear ‘easy to understand’ manner.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot data and simulation challenges
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business partners, building context around key business drivers and strategic plan
The role can be performed remotely but we are preferably looking for a local professional who can work from the office once per week.
