We are looking for a Cloud Architect who would like to support an IT Infrastructure Delivery organization.

Your mission : Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver business value through changes and well-maintained platforms by performing quality service engineering, governance, and guidance activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.

Your Role
  • Lead Service engineering: Architect, document and coordinate technology design, and configuration for service updates/additions as part of change management discipline
  • Validate, evaluate and technical sign-off of technical changes in capabilities and solutions proposed by external partners
  • Oversee and guide deployment of cloud based solutions in IT Landscape (including PoC, PoV and TTO together with L2)
  • Oversee and guide platform maintenance and monitoring activities by RUN team
  • Serve as L3 SME for technical operations, incident, and problem resolution in cloud domain (including error search & remediation)
  • Perform complex configuration changes (simpler done by L2)
  • Drive automation of repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge management: ensure operational procedures, technical designs/standards and configuration knowledge is documented and maintained
  • Manage optimal availability, cost, and capacity of cloud platform
Your Profile
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience : 8 years in relevant Architecture role in global IT Infrastructure environment
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Technology
  • Azure Solution Architect and ITIL Certifications
  • Adept in PowerShell scripting
  • English : fluent level is a must, any other language is an advantage
