IT Cloud Engineer - Azure, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, German, CHF: depending on experience + attractive benefits, Switzerland, Zurich

One of Switzerland’s most prominent organisations with an impressive history has a new opening for an IT Cloud Engineer, they are at the forefront of innovation and development.

Sound interesting so far?

The ideal candidate:

  • Sound experience working as a Cloud Engineer or similar job title.
  • Fully versed with Microsoft Azure within SaaS (software as a service), PaaS (platform as a service), IaaS (infrastructure as a service) perspective.
  • Good knowledge of hyperscale computing to help build robust systems.
  • We please ask you are proficient in most of the following areas: Linux operating systems, databases, general networking principles, containerization tools, know how to run applications on virtual machines, API’s, security and some programming would be useful too.
  • Hands on experience with architecture within cloud computing.
  • Must be at least proficient in business German please.

The IT Cloud Engineer role
  • Supporting the Cloud platform ensuring the go-going development of Microsoft Azure.
  • Security, networking, troubleshooting and governance.
  • Collaborating with different teams from engineers through to development.
  • Designing a pathway for the Cloud strategy.
