Your mission

  • Helpdesk service in compliance with ITIL
  • Working proactively with all workplace management groups to help cost reduction
  • Ensuring services are delivered according to agreed service levels
  • Response-, Incident- and Service Request-Management
  • Remote 1st level end user troubleshooting (phone, e-mail, ticketing tool)
  • Escalation to 2nd/3rd level support
  • End-to-end ticket responsibility
  • Helping the local IT Onsite Support Team
  • Monthly reporting, based on the systems in use

Your profile

  • Experienced in IT Helpdesk Support, ideally in an ITIL environment and working for an IT (Managed) Services company
  • Ability for 1st level help for systems or operations, such as: Windows fileshare permission, e-mailing list management, machine staging, simple cloud application management like Webex, mobile device management (enrolment), printing trouble shooting etc.
  • Technology knowledge: Windows 7 & 10, Office 2010/2016, iOS devices, SCCM, ITSM (ServiceNow)
  • English business fluent, French and/or German would be an asset
  • Strong customer service focus, resilient personality, technical/digital understanding
