Our client is currently looking for a Level 3 IT Support Expert to deliver business value through changes and well-maintained platforms by performing quality service engineering, technical change implementation, and documentation activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.

Ideally M365, Azure and ITIL Certified, you will support Implementation of technical changes to existing services and new service capabilities in End-User-Computing (EUC) and Communications and Collaborations Domains.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To

• Drive implementation of technical changes (in collaboration with managed service outsourcing partners) and service architects in the area of:
• PC-image management, end-point device management, mobile device management.
• PC configuration via tools like SCCM (OS deploy, configuration task sequence, packaging, collection management, group allocations + naming conventions), and tools like Active Directory (AD-GPO, group allocations…).
• Mobile Device configuration tools like Intune MDM.
• Support creation and maintenance of standard service requests, and automation templates in ServiceNow service catalog.
• Serve as SME for technical operations incident process domains (including error search & remediation), and support Problem management with Root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Knowledge management: ensure operational procedures, technical designs/standards and configuration knowledge is documented and maintained (including knowledge articles for level 1 support).
• Support optimal availability, cost, and capacity of EUC platforms, services, and capabilities (including handling of technical lifecycles, on/offboarding processes…) that enable maximum productivity for end-users.
• Perform Regular Reporting, License management, and lifecycle related tasks for End User computing solutions.
  

You will be expected to have good EUC Domain Tooling knowledge skills (including SCCM, Intune MDM, AD, Windows OS Tooling) as well as MS Powershell and VBScripting skills.

A good level of English is also expected.

We are able to accept candidates looking for a remote position but would need to be within easy access of Lausanne or Paris.
