We are looking for a Middleware Applications Infrastructure Architect who would like to support an IT Infrastructure Delivery organisation.

Your mission : Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organisation to deliver business value through changes and well-maintained platforms by performing quality service engineering, governance, and guidance activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment including Boomi and Okta.

Your Role
  • Lead Middleware and Enterprise Application Hosting Platform engineering: Architect, document and coordinate technology design, and configuration for service updates/additions as part of change management discipline (fit4purpose, including technical integrations, automation, in liaison with IT, business and vendor stakeholders), classic datacenter and cloud)
  • Define, integrate, and upgrade a comprehensive architecture to support on-premise, and cloud based applications, platforms and data storage structures to optimally interconnect and securely exchange data, while achieving optimal performance, resilience, availability, cost, and capacity utilisation.
  • In Collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture function; Lead Middleware and Enterprise Application Hosting Platform architecture strategy, roadmap, and implementation (including standardisation and reporting) that provides effective solutions, procedures, standards and architecture models to facilitate secure, compliant, and reliable exchange of company data, and deployment of server based enterprise, end-user and mobile applications.
  • Oversee and guide Middleware and Enterprise Hosting solutions in IT Landscape (including PoC, PoV and Transfer-to-Operations together with L2/L3)
  • Serve as L4 SME for technical operations, incident, and problem resolution in Middleware and Enterprise Application hosting domain (including error search & remediation)
Your Profile
  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience : 8 years in relevant Platform Middleware roles in global IT Infrastructure environment.
  • Experience with Middleware technology including Boomi, Blueway, Okta, Azure Cloud as well as Web Application Servers such as Tomcat, Apache, Jboss, Weblogic.
  • Azure Solution Architect and ITIL Certifications
  • Adept in PowerShell scripting
  • English : fluent level is a must, any other language is an advantage
