For one of our clients in the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Geneva, we are recruiting an IT Operaions Lead who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities

As an IT Operaions Lead you are in charge of the applications operational management. You are the interface between our client and service providers for escalation of IT issues. You work with the stakeholders and providers to promote improvement. You identify risk, you support monitoring, you develop and maintain reporting. You identify service requirements, you ensure the quality of the delivery.

Profile
  • Bachelor in IT
  • At least 7 years’s operations in IT operation
  • Background in It service management
  • Experience in best practice It framework and ITIL
  • Experience in Cloud architecture
  • Experience in developing and implementing practices in service management
  • ITIL certification a plus
  • Fluent in English
