Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva, is looking for an IT PMO Support Consultant for a long term mission starting February 2022.

Working within the IT PMO Team, you will be responsible for supporting project managers with PMO data and tools. This will include the preparation of data, IT Project spend as well as the onboarding and offboarding of resources across the IT teams.

Project Methodology And Standards
  • Monitoring and control of project gates and ensure proper use of methodology
  • Methodology documentation maintenance
Project Reporting
  • Project follow-up and control
  • PPS (Project Portfolio Steering) preparation and follow-up
Tool Support
  • Creation and maintenance of resources, project plans and project budgets.
  • Maintain and enhance PMO reporting Tool (knowledge of MS SQL, VBA)
  • Provide support on Migration of PMO reporting under a new BI Tool such Tableau or Power BI.
Above all, you will be well-organised with a start-up mentality, open to new tasks as responsibilities and not afraid to go beyond the brief. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and will readily offer solutions in this Agile environment.

Please note that we are looking for a French speaking (mandatory) with an advanced level of English.
