Job description

As an IT Project Coordinator (M / F), your mission will be to:

Follow up on incidents and problems (mainly technical on systems & networks, but also on processes, tools, organization, etc.)

Analyze incidents / problems

Prepare action plans, relying on a team of technical experts

Pilot the implementation of actions to resolve problems

This implies good listening skills and good interpersonal skills to ensure communication between the various interlocutors; as well as a pugnacity to find the best option and bring the project to fruition.

Profile

You have a technical training, you have a solid foundation on system and network infrastructures that will facilitate your exchanges with technical experts.

You have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination: you like to plan, find a solution to a technical need and coordinate its resolution by liaising with all stakeholders.

You join a collaborative team with a management that listens to its employees. You will evolve in autonomy, on various subjects where you can be a force of proposal.
