We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a global customer migration program (old product versions to new)You have the opportunity to join a multinational program team. In this role, you will be collaborating with the Program Leader and other senior leaders assuming delegated tasks from them.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining a clear view of the global migration project pipeline and delivery, ensuring that internal reporting processes are effective.
- Ensuring quality and completeness of reported data. Maintaining internal reporting tools. Optimizing reporting processes
- Educating stakeholders and encouraging process adoption, focused on migration data input and completeness
- Responsible for proactively monitoring progress on priority projects to ensure timely completion, serving as an escalation point, and removing roadblocks
- Accountable for ensuring completeness of project deliverables and timely reporting of project status updates, working closely with project teams and regional coordinators
- Enables the additional program benefit of data quality improvement through the migration program by ensuring proper alignment on the use of other support tools maintained by our client
- Collaborates with the migration execution team and individual affiliates to ensure the program’s resources TRT/FMT are planned effectively to deliver the scope of migrations and update
- Gaining formal feedback from our affiliates and customers, maintaining data insights and making recommendations to the core team on how we can continuously improve
- Coach other team colleagues to ensure standardized process and tool adoption
- Consolidate the requirements for new and modified migration dashboards to handover to the proper development teams for implementation
- Creating and maintaining integrated project- resource- and budget plans
- Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines, and budgets for all projects and functions 2/3
- Management of external providers and tracking of project development activities
- This is an excellent opportunity to support and manage a complex environment by successfully applying your Project Management, Communications, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Several years of project management experience ( minimum 4 years ) preferably in medical devices in a highly regulated industry, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab management
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences, or comparable vocational training or further education
- Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Prior knowledge in data science and/or engineering
- Prior project management experience in migrations
- Fluency in English – spoken and written
- Self-motivated and proactive project management skills
- Strong organizational, methodological, and communication skills
- Ability to capture complex problems, analyze them and translate them into solutions
- Ability to promote ideas and to influence team
- Autonomous, structured and goal-oriented working methods and a good team player
- Self-leadership and self-reflection abilities
- Interest in the diagnostics sector and products
