Title: IT Service Manager

Location: Hinwil Zurich, Switzerland

Must be a EUROPEAN CITIZEN

Must have a certification in ITIL or Project Management

Would you like?

· Provide optimized IT service to our team members?

· Perform IT hardware and software purchasing?

· Manage software license management?

· Be the interface to our external IT service desk?

· Define and optimize service management processes?

· Takeover IT sub-project management?

· Support our diverse IT infrastructure?

· Do you have?

· A degree (university/technical college) in the field of computer science or an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with corresponding further education?

· A certification in ITIL and project management?

· Experience with Microsoft products Windows 10 and Office 365?

· Already gained first experience with the application of SAP ECC 6.0.

· Very good knowledge of German and English (oral/written)?

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: CHF80,000.00 - CHF140,000.00 per year
