INTRODUCTION: As a preferred supplier for Tecan Group AG in Männedorf, we are looking for an individual asIT Site Manager Service Delivery Switzerland(permanent employment, 80-100%). The earliest start date is as soon as possible.ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION: Responsible for two sites in Switzerland with around 700 employeesProvide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requestsParticipate in various IT system engineering tasks and projectsProvide insights, analysis, prognosis and forecasting of service incidents and statusDefines close relationships with all Business teams to align and ensure proper service deliveryCollaborate with all IT teams to follow up on service incidents, critical infrastructure topics, improvements, and new requirementsLead and shape service management methodology, processes, and governanceDefine and maintain global Service Catalogue and application portfolioEstablish knowledge management for IT OperationsREQUIRED PROFILE: Basic IT educationSeveral years of experience in managing or directing an IT Operations/Service organizationExperience in ITIL, service management and executionProven experience in IT planning, organization, and developmentGerman and English language skillsExperience with MS Client Applications, MS Operating Systems, Desktop Client environment, Cloud, Mobile Device environmentGood knowledge of agile mindset and agile competencesApplication process:Interested?
