Do you wanna join a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry and develop your skills?

This is the opportunity to be one of the key actors of their global projects on Laboratory Systems integration in IT infrastructures.

Requirements
Provide Support L2/L3 (onsite & remote) for Lab instruments and IT systems
Implementation of new Lab systems in the IT infrastructure (database, servers) taking into account business needs
Coordination of external suppliers for periodic reviews and maintenance
Implement procedures for access controls, backup/restore and change management
Data management and Data Integrity (compliant to FDA)
Your profile
at least 3 years of experience in Support for Laboratory environments, including :
Support on Laboratory systems (e.g. Empower, Lab-X, Tiamo)
Coordination with external suppliers
Working on large projects including diverse stakeholders
very good interpersonal skills
positive attitude with willingness to learn
good level of English spoken and written (min. B2 level)
good level of French spoken and written (min. B2 level)
Start date : as soon as possible
