Our client is an international operating medical devices leader with an interesting range of products that change the lives of people worldwide. You will be strengthening their IT support team in Bern.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, user’s equipment, and hardware
  • Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level IT support to all users in Switzerland
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant government and regulatory requirements in your area of work

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training in ICT
  • Proven experience as a service desk or 1st/2nd level supporter
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Solid knowledge of MS server systems (e.g. AD, Exchange) and Microsoft 365
  • Fluent in German(must) and English, intermediate French
  • Driving license Category B and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
