Mac Solutions SA, Swiss leader in the Information Technology field within the TXT Group, is searching for an IT Technical Recruiterfor the Chiasso branch.

The resource will be introduced to a solid, multinational, high profile environment and be given the opportunity to join an international net of business realities, including finance, telecommunication, industry, public and private health, utilities, administrative and government.

Our target profile will directly report to the CEO while overseeing:
  • active research of new talents to hire
  • technical evaluation of candidates
  • evaluation of hiring proposals
  • resources support with client exchanges
  • weekly reporting on selection path updates

They will be in charge of the Technical Team’s growth and directly responsible for KPI compliance for both corporate and team.

Technical Skills Required

Priority importance will be done for the following IT knowledge:
  • Programming
  • Operating Systems
  • Database
  • Quality Assurance

In addition, our ideal candidate is able to:
  • Experienced with the main tools for headhunting and staff selection

Languages:
  • Italian (C2) and English (B2)
  • French and German, nice to have

Our research extends to profiles with expertise regarding the IT field and headhunting, with proven skills of client managing and technical exchange, in order to comprehend and solve specific enquiry on the given matter.

The profile matches with great standing, motivation and team playing, along with the ability of connecting and understanding high profile clients.

We will evaluate profiles with 3 + years of experience, alongside with strong interpersonal abilities and excellent workload managing.

The role requires curiosity, initiative and will to play an important role in a rising, innovative and international work environment.

Our offer includes a permanent Swiss contract with an economic range starting from CHF 70.000, plus productivity bonus, and the opportunity of interacting in a solid, international context.

The role includes a hybrid working type, according to Cantonal dispositions, with a company laptop.
