As Billing Specialist, you will be involved throughout the Quote to Cash process. You will be responsible for project preparation and billing processes. Furthermore, you will be responsible of project costing / invoicing, and you will take care of the OEM warranty claims and Special Programs.

You will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that the financial follow-up, cost monitoring and invoicing of our Projects are globally aligned and executed effectively
Description/Tasks:

— Issues final invoices i.a.w Jet Aviation policies and customer contracts and defined deadline,

— Submit OEM and Special Program warranty claims,

— Project preparation,

— Promote, enforce and secure strict application of Jet Aviation policies and Billing related processes and methodologies,

— Secure customer inquiries and complaints are handled fairly and effectively,

— Secure Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by various stakeholders,

— Continuous update of the financial status, project costing/invoicing in accordance with existing and future processes,

— Maintain the cash flow ratio as high as possible, records financial exposure and account receivables status.

Qualification/Experience:

— Strong track-record in managing customer expectations and Financial Reporting in a global matrixed organization

— Highly sophisticated understanding of Project financial follow-up

— First experience in Controlling/Billing or in a similar role

— Understanding of the aerospace industry is advantage

— Good communication skills

— MS Excel and SAP proficiency are highly desired

— Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus
