THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL POSITION. IT IS LIVE IN for 5 days a week. It is non-teaching.

The boarding supervisor is appointed to support the delivery of pastoral care to the school’s boarders. The role requires an approachable, positive and warm person who is available to all boarders without discrimination and who is able to collaborate with a range of colleagues. Working as part of a team of 2 residential staff, the post holder will be responsible for assisting in the managing of the Boarding House. This is a live-in post. The post is a residential non-teaching role.

  • Able to establish a healthy rapport with students, parents and teaching staff
  • A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well-being of young people
  • Able to work effectively and harmoniously as part of an energetic, close and hardworking team
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • involvement in extra-curricular activities
  • Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language
  • Experience in an educational setting is required
