To support our Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a customer service- and solution-oriented person as a Broadcaster Servicing Manager, 100%



Your duties



Account management:

  • Manage a portfolio of FIFA broadcast partner accounts
  • Understand broadcasters’ business needs, market and culture, and advise them on how best to leverage the activation of their rights for the relevant events within the scope of their media rights agreement
  • Coordinate relations with various internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the use of the media rights management tool, perform administrative duties and conduct approval processes



Event management:

  • Oversee the delivery of one or two FIFA competition(s) on-site per year as the event director or venue manager
  • Support the preparations for and delivery of the FIFA World Cup™ and the FIFA Women’s World Cup™, including various workshops and draws
  • Contribute to the preparations for and delivery of The Best FIFA Football Awards™, FIFA Congresses, FIFAe tournaments and ad hoc events



Project management:

  • Lead or support specific projects related to broadcaster servicing and beyond
  • Manage service providers and handle tenders and procurement procedures when necessary
  • Contribute to specific working groups within the Commercial Division and across FIFA
  • Bring added value by contributing innovative ideas to further enhance FIFA’s approach to broadcaster servicing



Our requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business or sports management, or similar
  • Experience in media rights management is a plus
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other internal IT tools
  • Fluent English; knowledge of any other FIFA language (Spanish, French or German) is an asset
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
