Flex Suisse is the number one service provider to empower legal & compliance departments with flexible workforce, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Cleantech | Senior Legal Counsel | Lugano | Temp. 2 months | 100% | Jan. 2022

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the legal and risk management of a thriving Cleantech company
  • Evaluate and negotiate a broad variety of commercial contracts
  • Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management
  • Deal with complex commercial and contract law matters
  • Review, interpret and apply industry regulations

Experience:

  • Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
  • Self-starter with a hands-on attitude
  • Resident in Switzerland and at least 8 years of PQE
  • Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw), LL.M. is a plus
  • Proven experience in a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel
