Compliance Officer (junior to mid level) (f/m)

What you will do
  • Support the daily management and co-ordination of Axpo’s Compliance function
  • Assisting in the development of and supporting our Know Your Customer / Due Diligence processes
  • Involvement in the developing, updating and conducting of Compliance trainings
  • Updating compliance policies and maintaining the policy framework
  • Providing content for our internal Compliance Communication (intranet, blogs)
  • Involvement in various Compliance projects
What you bring & who you are
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics or Business
  • You have gained first experience in a Compliance role
  • Experience in the energy industry will be an asset
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is required, German will be a plus

About the team
Our Ethics & Compliance department currently consists of 4 employees in Baden and various colleagues in the regions and wants to grow further. Our team thinks and works in an interdisciplinary way and is closely networked nationally and internationally. We offer you a dynamic, international, team-oriented environment in which you can actively contribute your strengths and thus contribute to Axpo’s success.
