We are supporting a well known Financial Services group in Switzerland who are looking for Customer Service Specialists.
In this role, you will process inquiries from clients on the phone, answer written correspondence reliably and give customers the feeling that they are in good hands.

Requirements
Customer service or client facing position in the Financial Services or Insurance industry (we are open to other industries)
Interest and pleasure in advising clients through telephone and written communication
Quick comprehension handling IT applications
Team-minded personality who keeps calm even in hectic moments
Excellent communication skills (French on a native level, and fluent/intermediate German) and strong customer orientation
Italian and English an advantage
