What you do

Engineering assistance to the customer support groups in troubleshooting complex cases
Engineering support for all assigned systems of the PC-24
Creating trouble shooting procedures for assigned systems
Updating technical content of troubleshooting database and maintenance manual
Analysis and resolution of airworthiness / flight safety related occurrences

What you bring

Bachelor degree or equivalent in electrical or aeronautical engineering
Experience in the aerospace industry in the field of customer engineering support
Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization to meet a set schedule
Working across multiple organisations
Fluency in English (at least C1), German is an advantage
