• Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
• Note: This is a paid internship

Your Mission

• Develop innovative and captivating design ideas and concepts for our weekly newsletters and lifecycle communications, ensuring they engage and inspire our customers
• Collaborate in designing user-centric email templates, focusing on accessibility and responsiveness across various email clients and devices
• Maintain the consistency of all email campaigns, ensuring they adhere to our brand standards and guidelines for a cohesive brand experience
• Work closely with the Email Marketing Managers to identify and execute A/B testing opportunities, enhancing the effectiveness of our email strategies

Your story

• You have recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related discipline
• You are proficient with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc, coupled with a sharp eye for aesthetic details and design quality
• You possess a problem-solving attitude, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• You demonstrate excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across various teams
• Having a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous
