FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Your responsibilities:

  • The objective is to provide Essemtec customer service in France and partially in Spain
  • The main responsibility is to prepare and carry out different types of service interventions (remote as well as on-site service visits) for our customers, to create a customer relationship of trust and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • In addition, support sales activities. Participate in trade shows and customer visits

Requirements:

Your education and profile:

  • Basic technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
  • French and English spoken and written; other languages would be an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High level of interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Very good self-management skills, high degree of independence and solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel domestically
