Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - IS

In this role you will be responsible to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, forecasts and annual plan in order to support the management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes.

Your responsibilities

• Serves as the key partner to the Global PA IS Controller, PA IS Function Head and provide supports in developing functional strategy, implementation of the operational plans & optimize financial performance for total IS Costs/prices of services rendered.
• Ensures high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
• Supporting in functional planning process for IA-IS (Global + Local) and serves as interface to Corporate, CoE & Country IS Controlling by giving input to and evaluate financial implications of business decision and recommend actions.
• Supporting financial review of projects and financial assessment of full portfolio of IS Projects. Liaise with IS Project & Portfolio Management. towards improving/enhancing the processes in IS Project & portfolio Management Domain
• Establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent financial results for global Finance as well as IS Leadership team.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility
• Maintaining comprehensive controlling framework. Financial governance control, Reporting structure which has significant impact on overall performance of PA -IS Costs

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting, CA/CMA Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Hands on experience in SAP and MS Office
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
• Fluent in English and strong communication
• Self motivated with a strong commitment to quality
• Familiar with financial and management reporting in large company
• Ability to implement change and introduce best practice initiatives
