MLL Legal is one of the largest commercial law firms in Switzerland, with a strong presence across different locations from Zurich, Baar, Geneva, Lausanne to London and Madrid. To further strengthen our brand, we are looking for a talented Head of Marketing, who is responsible for our firm-wide business development marketing activities. The working location is in our Zurich office, close to Escher-Wyss-Platz.

Your Mission

  • You work with our Management Team to develop our firmwide marketing strategy, in order to establish and enhance our brand presence overall.
  • You proactively support our Practice Groups on their business development activities and initiatives, through preparation of pitch deck templates, content marketing, social media, digital campaigns, legal ranking submissions, creative projects and networking events.
  • You collaborate with external partners and drive digitalization activities to develop state-of-the-art tools and commercially viable digital innovation.
  • You ensure that our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • You assist HR on employer branding initiatives.You make data-driven decisions and measure progress toward long-term goals.
  • You prepare and manage budget for the Marketing team.You lead 4 team members and assume responsibility for their success, development and impact.

What we would ideally expect you to bring along

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in leading a b2b marketing team, preferably in a professional services industry.
  • University degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication.A commercial and service-oriented mindset with a clear drive to achieve results as a team.
  • Solid communicator in German, English, French (further languages are of advantage).
  • Charismatic and ambitious leader who gets things done across the firm and different cultural mindsets.
  • Ability to constantly question and challenge the status quo and fight daily business routine by convincing with arguments and creating impact through motivation.
