One of our clients is in need of an ICT Architect (m/w/x). For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.

•As the position is in Switzerland (not EU) we are only able to work with people who have a European passport OR already a Swiss working permit.

General Information:

Start date: ASAP

Duration: December 2023. there is possibility for extension

Workload: 80 - 100%

Work location: Bern, Switzerland

Remote: 2-3 days onsite

YOUR TASKS

• Analysis of the platform in collaboration with internal teams, architects and subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of the documentation requirements

• Development of an information architecture that ensures that the documentation supports the user in a way that is appropriate for the audience and that the ownership of the individual chapters is anchored in the responsible development teams

• Production of high-quality documentation that conforms to applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience

• Writing easy-to-understand how-to guides, online help, and developer guides

• Creating tutorials to help users use a variety of applications

• Enable development teams to create the required documentation, keep it up-to-date, and appropriately target the intended audience

• Analysis of existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single sourcing opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

• Advantage: proven professional experience in writing technical software documentation

• Ability to provide high quality and detailed documentation

• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and to make them easy to understand in text and pictures

• Practical knowledge of Antora and AsciiDoc

• Basic familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and software development

• German language is MUST
