Implmentation Consultant

To join our Global Account Team in Mendrisio (CH).

As an Implementation Consultantat Zucchetti Switzerland SA you will be responsible for consulting, designing and implementing, POS and digital solutions for our international customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Consult, install and customize POS and Digital solutions. (Mainly remotely).
  • Conduct training-needs analysis and design programs to train users and colleagues in the use of software packages and information systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a project team, gaining a complete understanding of specific goals, objectives, and audiences.
  • Analyze existing systems, interfaces and business models.
  • Recommend and implement resolutions and improvements.
  • Record and understand complex customer solution requirements.
  • Technical demo on products and solutions.
  • Identify customer training-needs, by organizing remote or on-site training
  • Support implementations projects with testing and technical documentation writing.
  • Assist the applications programmers, systems developers and other IT professionals to develop and test IT products and services
  • Provide solutions for the improvement of organizational efficiency and productivity.

Your skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in POS or similar software in Hospitality and Retail sectors is a must.
  • BA in Information Technology or similar.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 minimum), other additional languages (French, German, Spanish) will be considered a plus.
  • International Travel Availability ( 45%-55%).
  • Good communication skills as well as ability to manage business relationship with consultative approach.
  • Attitutude towards problem solving.
  • Ability to implement decisions aimed at improving the quality of company’s products and services.
  • Ability to analyze existing facts and figures of the problems in order to identify the causes and successfully develop solutions.
  • Ability to choose among existing alternatives through the analysis of data and information in order to take final decisions.
  • Ability to identify all the possible strategies to achieve targeted results, by recognizing priorities and urgent needs
  • Team player.

Desirable skills:

  • Preferred PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 practitioner.
  • Preferred ITIL certification.
  • Preferred PMP certification.
  • Understand quality assurance methodologies and quality standards.
