Are you up for a challenge? We are looking for a new Colleague to join our HR Team.

Start date: as soon as possible

Place of work: office location Basel or Rotkreuz, hybrid working model with possibility to work from home.

Your missions

As part of our Swiss HR team, you will support the business and the organization as a professional working across the HR Administration function. Your role will encounter but will not be limited to the following:

  • Participate as assigned in working with Senior HR team members for the day-to-day development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.
  • Provide reports and analyzes as requested by Senior Management.
  • Operate as first point of contact for HR related queries and work in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on issues.
  • Personnel administration in close collaboration with the authorities (e.g. supporting with regards to Social Insurance/AHV/BVG)
  • Manage the reference letters process in close collaboration with line managers.
  • Work in close collaboration with the insurance broker and third-party payroll provider.
  • Ensure the completion of assigned projects in due time.
Your Profile
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferable in a multinational environment).
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss social security system.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven attention to details.
  • Good problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Good organization and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
